We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.
Some circumstances where we can't guarantee or accommodate cancellation requests are same day requests for in-stock items and when we begin shipping pre-orders. In other words, if you wait until we receive and begin shipping pre-orders we will attempt, but cannot guarantee, that we can honor a cancellation request. In this case, if your order ships, you can return your order.
